BATH TIME FAVOURITES

It's that time of the year when you come home from a long day and all you want to do is just to get away from the cold. My personal favourite way to get warm is to run myself a steaming hot bubble bath using one multiple bath bombs with my favourite shower gels and shampoo.

I don't know about you, but I get through shower gels like hella quickly. I don't even know where it disappears to. And I'm serious! I thought I'd share my favourite shower gels with you and my opinions on them (:

Snow Fairy by Lush is a sweet smelling shower gel which leaves your body smelling absolutely amazing. I'm not gonna lie here, the reason I bought it was because of the colour and when I did buy it I smelt it and knew straight away that the shower gel would just be swallowed right up in my showers, however this was not the case when I soon discovered that it's limited edition and is only in stock during he Christmas period. CAN WE JUST HAVE A MOMENT TO CRY. WHY ON EARTH IS THIS ONLY AVAILABLE AT CHRISTMAS TIME?!?! If I had known about this I would have very likely spent all of my money on it as to stock up ... I get very obsessive about these things. Now knowing this, pea sized drops are applied in baths/showers and only on special occasions, or when the need for treatment is felt necessary, in hope that maybe it will last until it comes back in stock next Christmas. This doesn't mean though, that I can't constantly smell this scented bath drug.

When the whole of the Pink Grapefruit collection was on sale for £12, the need and urge to purchase it was overwhelming, and very quickly the 'urge' was fulfilled. The shower gel is a beautiful light pink and is the exact scent of grapefruit, which I totally and utterly adore. It's not too strong, and not too weak, but just perfect. My mum is always commenting and complementing on the waft of pink grapefruit that she picks up on as I stride past after my bath and once even asked if she could borrow it, which was replied sharply with a 'NO! Get your own!'

DREAMS

dreams: a cherished aspiration, ambition, or idea.

Everyone has a dream. It doesn't matter what it is. Everyone has one. Whether it's big or small, long term or short term, it's something we have. And, nowadays, people don't really say anything about achieving your dream. They all talk about doing the things that get you money, not happiness. I'm not saying it's wrong, I'm just saying we are forgetting that the aim in life is your happiness.

Dreams are made to be lived, so until you do something it is just a dream. Do something to make it a reality. It could be something small like telling someone what it is, or you could start conquering it. What I'm trying to say is: Live your dream, so later when someone asks one what your dream is, you can say "I'm living it."

Lots of people are afraid people will judge you by your dream. But the truth is, why should it matter to them. It's your dream, why is it their business what you want to do. Forget about those negative comments, those people that downgrade you because they obviously don't want what's best for you. Your reality should be your dream. Reality is a hard thing. I'm not going to lie and say it's easy, it's not. But that shouldn't stop you. So please, whether you take a big or small step, achieve your dream.

My dream is to write, well, to write a book, write something that has pages and chapters, that has a beginning, middle and end. At the moment, I am currently doing exactly that. And I can tell you, I am beyond happy when I do it. Which is why I'm writing this post. But I have to do it. What I mean is, you won't achieve your dream if you don't get up and do it. It will take effort but at the end, it'll be worth it.
